Jack Fruit
Waraka is a common name for jackfruit in Sri Lanka. The largest fruit: Fruits can reach 1 meter in length and 35 kg in weight. Yellow or orange flesh: fibrous, with a sweet taste. Seeds: Large, brown, edible. There is a lot of potassium, calcium and iron, which makes it nutritious. Jackfruit also has a lot of fiber, but fewer calories than rice and bread. What does it mean?
